$15 million was not enough for gold digger Oksana Grigorieva

Oksana Grigorieva wants us to believe her legal battles with Mel Gibson are “not about money.”

Yet a leaked e-mail from Oksana to the attorney who negotiated a $15 million deal for Oksana,  tells an entirely different story, as reported by TMZ.     

Attorney Eric George mediated a $15 million financial package for Oksana  from Mel Gibson,  based on the return of  an unspecified number of illegally recorded audiotapes.

In addition, the agreement provided millions of dollars in cash, property, and other assets for Oksana and baby Lucia, plus  a detailed custody arrangement for Mel Gibson to see his child.    
 

$15 Million Not Enough, Oksana Wants More    

But somehow Oksana found out if she claimed domestic violence  in addition to threatening to expose the edited audio tapes of Mel she illegally made, she could probably get even more.       

Suddenly, for the money-hungry Oksana, $15 million dollars was not enough.    

According to Oksana’s calculations, adding a domestic violence claim to the mix would allow her to up the ante, and put the squeeze on Mel Gibson for  $10 million more.   See  Oksana Grigorieva’s $10 million Extortion Plot against Mel Gibson Backfires

So Oksana asked her attorney to reopen negations with Mel and his attorneys, so she could add a domestic violence claim.  See  Oksana Grigorieva’s Domestic Violence Lies on Mel Gibson Exposed by Larry King     and   Oksana Rejected by Domestic Violence Group -  Her Story Doesn’t Ring True      

Here are a few excerpts from Oksana’s e-mail her to attorney, Eric George, as reported by TMZ.      

 "Forget about the tapes for the moment. This is the case of domestic violence."    

"because of Mels (sic) domestic violence, the only reason and the fact, with proof, and I run away to save my children."

"If the opposition is buying my silence, please, we have to renegotiate the custody portion and to secure the monetory (sic)."  

"He doesn't want this publicity."

"I have lots of questions about the moneytory (sic) part also, i'd (sic) like us to get together and discus (sic) everything,"   

"I'm not bluffing.

( And it’s not about money?  As you can see from the excerpts above, it certainly is! )  

Oksana Changes her Master Plan

But there was a big problem –   all the preliminary documents outlining their detailed financial agreement had already been signed and initialed by both Oksana and Mel. 

So Oksana reneged on the terms of the signed agreement her attorneys, and Mel Gibson’s had painstakingly worked out, evidently thinking  it would allow her to reopen the negotiations – this time using the following bargaining chips:

• Mel’s desire to protect his public image from her threats to ruin his reputation
• Mel’s love for baby Lucia, and  the now defunct custody agreement he and Oksana made

 However Oksana grossly underestimated her opponent, and overplayed her hand.   

The one thing Mel Gibson’s former Russian mistress didn’t count on was that Mel had had enough of Oksana’s games.    

Mel Gibson refused to play along.       
 

How Oksana’s Plan Backfired   

By refusing to let Mel see baby Lucia on Father’s Day according to the terms of their agreement, and  attempting to extort $10 million more, Oksana rendered their signed agreement null and void.  See  Oksana Grigorieva’s $10 million Extortion Plot against Mel Gibson Backfires

But by reneging on her signed agreement with Mel Gibson, Oksana ended up screwing herself.  Not only did she lose out on $15 million, her greed cost baby Lucia her inheritance, as well.

Oksana Being Investigated for Extortion   

Oksana Grigorieva is currently under investigation for extortion.  She could very well end up in jail.     

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Oksana’s e-mail to Eric George, her mediation attorney, is part of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department's extortion investigation.    

Authorities have a copy of the hard drive from Oksana’s computer, and it’s being analyzed by computer forensic experts for further evidence that Oksana tried to extort Mel.

It’s rumored that Oksana has used similar extortion schemes on other men in her past.    

Oksana may have come to the United States to specifically run such a scam, if she’s successfully run such extortion scams before.   

It IS about Money   

Despite what Oksana says to the contrary, her actions speak louder than her words.    

For Oksana, it IS about money.  It always has been.      

But this time, Mel Gibson’s former Russian mistress, Oksana Grigorieva, may have finally met her match.    

It looks like Oksana is going down.
