A photo of 14 pandas in a crib surfaced online earlier this week and the level of cuteness is beyond overload. On Sept 24, MSN Now reported that the baby pandas are at China's Chengdu Research Base for Giant Panda Breeding. The cubs were artificially bred, 17 out of 20 surviving and thriving. Three out of the living 17 were sent to different areas in the world (including the U.S.) but the remaining 14 -- well they're just so darn adorable!
"Born in a span of 40 days, between July and September this year, the group includes Meng Meng, the oldest and largest at 8 pounds, and tiny Ya Yi, who is just 1.3 pounds," MSN Now reported.
The 14 pandas in a crib will give you your daily fix of cute and may even make your day. There really is something about these amazing animals that people really seem to love. Whether a baby panda cub or a giant panda, people find themselves able to watch these creatures for hours. Many head to zoos and sanctuaries that home pandas just to get to see one in person.
As far as these baby pandas go, the artificial breeding process has been fairly successful. While these babies won't open their eyes for several more weeks, they are said to be doing great and they will all be properly cared for as they grow.
The 14 pandas in a crib can be seen in the video above. Enjoy!
