"It was a very entertaining night, I thoroughly enjoyed it all. And Ellen DeGeneres is a hoot, she does her presentation very well. I especially liked the photo that all the stars took together with the idea of tweeting it out. I hope it gets to have some great retweets. Maybe it will reach the Guinness Book of Records. And of course serving pizza was a hoot" says San Francisco resident, Rachel Reid.

It was one very happy Matthew McConaughey who won the best actor Oscar for his role in "Dallas Buyers Club," and it was Cate Blanchett who won the best actress Oscar for her part in the movie "Blue Jasmine." This was McConaughey's first win and he lost 40lbs for the role.

San Francisco residents can find the complete Oscar night news, which includes both photos and highlights of the awards show, at the website, OnTheRedCarpet.com.
