A 12-year-old swatter was charged for the prank at Ashton Kutcher's home. On Feb. 7, Perez Hilton reported that the little boy who called the police to Ashton's house is now facing four felony charges. That is a lot to end up on your record when you are so young.
This actually happened back in Oct. The kid told authorities to go to the house of Ashton because intruders were there and they had guns and explosives both with them. This kept officers busy instead of out taking calls for real emergencies and is just a waste of time.
They have not released the name of the kid, but he is being charged with false bomb threats and two more for computer intrusion. He will be in court sometime today, but there is no news yet of what happened.
This sentencing for the 12-year-old swatter happened on Ashton Kutcher's 35th birthday. Happy Birthday to Ashton! He has been on Twitter, but not saying a word about the case.
