A 12-year-old boy was found guilty of murder after killing his neo-Nazi dad. He blamed the show "Criminal Minds" and said that since he saw someone get away with it on the show he thought he could too. Now on Jan. 14, Christian Post is confirming that the young boy was found guilty of murder.
Joseph Hall was 10 when he killed his dad while he slept, but he is now 12. The young boy was found criminally responsible for second degree murder at his trial. He could end up being in a juvenile center up until the age of 23.
His sister even told the court that he had been planning to kill his dad. The main thing that the trial was trying to figure out was if the boy knew that what he was doing was wrong and they were able to prove that to the courts.
