This Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. the Indian Food and Cultural Festival will be held at the Clark County Amphitheater. Many of our local Indian restaurants will be catering the event, at discounted prices.

Besides the food, the event will also feature live music, a number of traditional dance competitions and performances, folk singers, and a fashion show of the latest Indian styles. The event will be hosted by Asha Sharma, an Indian radio personality. The Canadian Punjabi band, Digitaal, will be joining the festivities this year. H. Dhami, a folk singer, will be performing as well. A local band, The Faucets, and the local singer known as Candice, are also on the roster.

There will be face painting for the kids, as well as magicians. Families are welcome to bring along blankets to rest on and enjoy the music and the warm desert evening, and some of the finest Indian food available in Las Vegas.

The venue is located directly across the street from the Downtown Factory Outlet Mall, near Charleston and the I-15. The address for the amphitheater is: 500 Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas NV 89123.

There will be three parking lots, and one overflow lot. Click here for a map of the parking areas.
