11-yr old Virginia boy found safe; Amber Alert cancelled

Authorities have cancelled the Amber Alert for 11-yr old Lucas Ezra Silas Guinn, WUSA-9 reports. The boy was reported missing yesterday afternoon after he was last seen in Lebanon, VA. He was suspected to be with his noncustodial parent, Jimmy D. Quinn.

The search ended when the pair was discovered during a traffic stop in southwest Virginia. According to the Russell County Sheriff's Office, Jimmy Quinn was taken into custody without incident.

According to WUSA-9, an Amber Alert is still active for 8-year old Relisha Tenau Rudd, last seen in southeast DC on February 26, 2014.
