Sparky's Roadhouse Cafe - Nobody gets food without interrogation. Tell your waiter “Burger, fries and a beer” and get ready for an examination. The culinary interrogation, results in every single thing just the way you like it.

Ask for all sauces on the side. At Sparky's “slightly spicy” means your teeth won't melt with the first bite. There are five levels of heat before you get to the sauce requiring a signed waiver. Really.

Fresh cut French fries, handmade burgers and 25 beers on tap. Now that's roadhouse heaven.

Diners at the next table allowed me to share their opinions and photograph their food. They were pleased with their entrees, none of us had dessert. Portions are very generous.

My fellow diners started with a fried green tomato appetizer followed by a dinner salad. I started my meal with a fabulous strawberry lavender soup*. Campbell also makes the bread. The heavy yeasty rolls are rich enough that I did not not even want butter.
