Police are searching for a man that has "groped" at least 10 woman in the San Diego County area over the last four months, with the latest attack happening Thursday.
The man will run up to woman from behind and quickly grab them between the legs, or on their butt, or their breasts and then turn and run.
The groper has gone as far as to bite one woman on the buttocks after he grabbed her from behind.
Authorities are having trouble located the suspect as the groping is so fast and victims can not get a good description.
"The suspect in many of the cases has been in a sweatshirt, hooded sweatshirt type of outfit. Even in one case, they took a t-shirt and put it over their heads," said Lt. Kennedy of the Chula Vista Police Dept.
All the victims have been Hispanic woman and have occurred in the Chula Vista area ranging from Fifth Avenue to Quintard Street, with two occurring farther west on Bayside and Oxford.
"Whether they think it's just a prank and funny, we certainly don't know," said Lt. Kennedy.
