 I am 61 years old and I look better than you. I am more fit, more flexible, more virile and stronger than 99% of the people in America over 40 years of age. How did I get that way?  How can you get that way and more importantly; how can you stay in great shape for 61 years? How do you stay Fit For Life?

Please let me explain what that means because so many people think that lifetime fitness is being fit when they are in high school and maybe college and then getting fat, out of shape, then back into some kind of shape, then out of shape, then back again, then out of shape and then die. Just look at the people around you. 75% of Americans are considered “obese” and more than that are considered out of shape. Most are just getting by with their health and fitness because of genetics. Their exercise program consists of walking to the car and to the desk at work. Then home from the car to the couch. That won’t keep you fit for life.

 

Over the last 61 years I have maintained a consistent exercise program, watched my diet and done the other 8 things necessary to get fit and stay fit for life. Not once in the last 61 years have I been fat, out of shape, lazy, inflexible, weak or sickly. I know what it takes to get into great shape and more importantly I know how to stay fit for life.
