Are you glad to have the NASCAR season open? Did you watch the race on Sunday? Some of us here in Nashville are really glad to have the sound of those cars roaring around the track once more, and we're hoping for some good races and some great winners this year again.

More Photos

We have more photos from the recent Daytona 500 which was held after a long rain delay on Sunday Feb 23, 2014. After getting off to a slow start due to the rain, wind and possible tornado in the area, the race went a little later into the night on Sunday. But it still packed a punch at the end and gave us a champion at the end of the race that we enjoyed seeing win this time.

When the new rules were put into place by NASCAR (NASCAR Completely Revamps Championship Rules) we thought it would mean a change for all those drivers who may have thought they would never have a chance at winning the year-long chase for the championship. Now we can see Dale Earnhardt, Jr. working hard to get to the end of this season of NASCAR and perhaps bringing in the championship title when the season ends.

Enjoy the photos and leave us a note below in the space provided.
