If you are a fan of McDonald's, then you will want to know they are giving away 1 million free McMuffins in China. Too bad that most of us are too far away to take advantage. On March 14, Huffington Post reported the news of the free McMuffins.
Everyone thinks that this is all because of a TV show in China. This show is kind of like "60 Minutes." It is called "3.15." This show likes to name companies that aren't doing things right such as food safety and call them out on it. They do everything they can to tell the truth. It sounds like McDonald's could be talked about on their show this Friday.
McDonald's is trying to say that they two have nothing to do with each other and that they are just giving out the 1 million free McMuffins. It sounds like it could just be a coincidence.
