Most famous for his winery, Bonny Doon Vineyard, Randall Grahm has achieved winemaking stardom for his passion for Rhone grape varieties. The James Beard Foundation award winner (Wine and Spirits Professional of the Year in 1994) has also won dozens of awards for his contribution to the American wine industry.
Attendees will enjoy a four-course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Zack Mills, paired with an array of wines ranging from a light refreshing Albariño to the flagship Cigare Volant inspired by the red wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Following dinner, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the wines served at an exclusive price.
