Food and wine lovers -- there is just a little over a week left to get your advance tickets to the Seattle Food and Wine Experience.

Some of the region's best restaurants and wineries will take over the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall on February 28, from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm to offer an unparalleled opportunity to sample wines and gourmet tastes from some of the top chefs and wineries in the area.

With hundreds of wines showcased from 11 countries there will be plenty of varietals to satisfy even the most hardcore of oenophiles (click here to see the full list of who's pouring). But if wine is not your thing do not despair - more than 15 artisan breweries will be tapping into their finest batches of hops and barley.

More than 20 restaurants will be on hand with plenty of culinary options including North African Risotto from Andaluca, Roquefort Parfait and Cauliflower Antipasto from the Artisnal Table, Lamb Merguez sausage with chickpea puree and herbs from Campagne and, of course, Pork or Veg slider sandwiches from Maximus Minimus (click here for a full list of gourmet offerings).

Early birds to the event will also have the opportunity to take home a free autographed copy of one of Kathy Casey's book. Be one of the first 300 people to stop by the Columbia Winery Booth to meet Kathy and, in addition to some great conversation about food and wine, you'll also receive her Northwest Table Cookbook to add to your collection.

Advance tickets for the Seattle Food and Wine Experience are $49 ($59 at the door) with a portion of ticket proceeds going to support Beecher's Flagship Foundation. Tickets can be purchased online at Brown Paper Tickets.
