Jenny Valdez is a writer, artist, and former Miss Nevada USA 2002 and Miss Las Vegas 2000. Jenny writes children's books inspired by her family's pets. She is an active participant in art events across the Las Vegas valley. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
