Patricia Demoreas, AKA Perselus, is a digital artist living and working in Houston.
Although Patricia’s work resembles oil paintings, she works in 100% digital format, bringing a new twist to the world of art. Once working in traditional oils, Patricia brings a unique blend of that experience to her current all digital work.
Patricia Demoraes was born in Brazil. She studied art at Panamericana De Artes of Sao Paulo, Brazil. She has held a great interest in painting since she was a child. She stopped painting after she got married and moved to the United States. Only after her children were born did she decide to get back to her first love, art. Since 2004, Patricia has created only in digital form. Digital painting is her new love and she says she will never go back to traditional forms.
Patricia is inspired mainly by her own dreams. She specializes in the human figure which she enjoys most of all.
Patricia’s work has been featured in many area restaurants including Nelore and Angus Steak Grill. Most of her work is on a commission basis. Her most popular work at the moment is fan art featuring familiar characters such as Harry Potter.
