Jim George is a published author, and former magazine publisher who is intensely interested in Arlington arts of all kinds. His wife and daughter are both active artists and he has served on the boards of dance and theater companies in Los Angeles and Tampa Florida. Arts are the centerpiece for community and economic development, he believes. Arlington hosts a large and active community for which he wants to help give them voice and recognition.
