- Anquan Boldin and the Arizona Cardinals already have a contract in place.
- Boldin wants a new contract...still (since last August).
- The Cardinals have not offered Boldin a new contract.
- Boldin did attend the Cardinals mandatory mini-camp in May.
- Boldin did not attend the Cardinals voluntary workouts this Spring.
- Boldin fired Drew Rosenhaus as his agent and hired Tom Condon to replace him (AKA – Boldin is not happy with the current state of things).
- The Cardinals have yet to re-sign their admitted number one priority, Karlos Dansby.
- Dansby will be signed to a new deal before training camp, but with little time to get Boldin done before camp starts (AKA - Boldin will NOT have a new deal before the beginning of training camp).
- Boldin deserves a new deal on the tail of a wonderful couple of seasons with the Cardinals, especially coming back from face surgery (I mean, c’mon – it was FACE surgery)…However, the Cardinals are in no way obligated to give him what he deserves (note above: “Anquan Boldin and the Arizona Cardinals already have a contract in place”).
- Boldin will show up to Training Camp on time and ready to go and will not want to talk to the press about his yearning/pushing/whining for a new contract.
- Karma will come full circle for Drew Rosenhaus someday.
- The Cardinals will offer Boldin a new contract before the start of the 2009 season, and he may or may not accept the deal (on this I can’t predict just yet).
- Boldin will be an Arizona Cardinal this year and will have another Pro Bowl season next to Larry Fitzgerald (with or without a new contract).
- The Cardinals will be a Top-5 passing team again in 2009.
