Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner was knocked out of Sunday's game in the second quarter. Warner, who had thrown a pair of touchdowns to that point, was knocked to the ground and hit his head.
Matt Leinart replaced Warner for the last series of the first half and started the second half for Arizona.
Warner completed 15 of 19 attempts for 203 yards and threw touchdowns to Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin.
Cardinals officials said Warner's return was questionable.
