Brian Stanley is an author and Japanese-culture-addict living in Roanoke, Virginia. He writes, illustrates, and composes music for a novel series called Tasakeru. The first book in the series, Without a Name, won his college's Clyde Jones Award for Creative Writing Fiction in 2009.
