It was down to the top 12 dancers this week on So You Think You Can Dance, and unfortunately Miami dancer Victor Smalley was in the bottom three once again last night. Though he danced for his life, and once again danced brilliantly, the judges decided to send Victor home this week.

Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe gave Victor accolades for how much he'd grown as a dancer over the last several weeks, and he said it was not a unanimous decision to send him home. But nonetheless, Victor was on the chopping block. Nigel didn't give a reason why Victor was chosen, but he did state that if it were up to him, Nathan would be going home instead.

Personally I thought Victor had danced much better than Nathan over the past few weeks, even when he acquired new partner Karen when his original partner Channing was voted off last week. I was disappointed to see him go--technically he's a much better dancer than Nathan, and he also showed more maturity. But obviously Nigel was outvoted.

Miami B-Boy Legacy is still in the competition and will now be in the Top 10 who dance on tour once the season is over. Hopefully he'll continue on and make Miami proud (even though he lives in Los Angeles now).

Agree with the judges decision? Disagree? Would love to hear your thoughts...
