People magazine has posted a sneak peek of their Sexiest Men Alive 2009 list - and Adam Lambert is right up there with the best of them. Though he didn't grace the cover this year--he was beat out by a 46-year-old Johnny Depp, which I can still applaud--I'm betting he will make it to Number One in years to come.
Adam is listed at number 10 out of 16 photos online - but it's not clear whether this is his actual ranking. Also on the list are Chris Daughtry, and the Glee guys: Cory Monteith, Matthew Morrison and Mark Salling.
It's refreshing to see sexy men of all ages on the list - Lambert is 27, Daughtry is 29, and the Glee cast are in their late 20's and early 30's. And of course, Johnny Depp is a seasoned performer and Hollywood hottie, as is Robert Downey, Jr (the ripe old age of 44). This is Depp's second time topping the SMA list - he was previously on the cover in 2003, and personally, I think he looks even better this time around.
And don't miss Jerry O'Connell in his um...uber-sexy Speedo shot...O'Connell definitely has a great sense of humor and stated: " 'If my kids ever annoy me, I'll go and mow our lawn in a Speedo,' he says of his 11-month-old twin girls with wife Rebecca Romijn. 'Just to embarrass them.' "

Adam would definately be #1 for me. Love Johnny Depp as well though. Adam is just so well spoken, intelligent, hot, and that voice!! Just a lovely man.

I don't care if he's gay or not or who he kisses on national TV. He IS IT, and a voice (when he tames that yelling down a bit) is like any other singer I've ever enjoyed. (A special treat was when he came out on Idol dressed as Elvis and same a perfect love song.) O H M Y G O S H!!!!!!
