Spotted in the Kingwood area of Houston, this sweet boy is all by himself. He has been seen for a few weeks in this area. He is a sweet dog and actually ran from poodles.
He seems to have some sort of chemical scarring on his back.
This is a sad situation and one all too commonly encountered in today's society. Luckily, with the advent of smart phones, animal lovers are able to extend a helping hand to animals such as this one in distress.
A kindhearted local has offered to pay for a health check and transport in hopes that a rescue might step forward.
