Jennifer Hudson's Super Bowl diet

Jennifer Hudson Sings at Super Bowl

Anyone who tuned into the start of this year’s Super Bowl couldn’t help but be amazed at the unforgettable rendition of the National Anthem by Jennifer Hudson.

After a year of rest and recovery from the shocking death of her mother, brother and nephew in a senseless killing, she looked and sounded fabulous.

One can only admire the courage and the talent of this outstanding young woman. With the help of friends and colleagues, she has rebuilt her life and brought her stunning talent back to the world.

She looked beautiful, energized and well. No doubt the health regime she has followed for several years has helped her through these hard times.

If you’d like to consider adopting her healthy choices into your life, here they are:
STEP 1
Cut out all fried foods from your diet.
STEP 2
Eat only low-fat and low-calorie foods.
STEP 3
Begin your diet by eating fist-size only portions of protein, carbohydrates and foods full of fiber.
STEP 4
After an initial weight loss, adjust your diet to include salads, grilled fat-free chicken, nuts, and cranberry juice, again in fist-size or smaller portions only.
STEP 5
Start a serious exercise plan. Consider jogging at least 3 times a week. After your run, do four sets of squats, push-ups and sit-ups.
STEP 6
Think about joining a gym with a professional trainer on staff and going there regularly to work out.

Note: Be sure to ALWAYS consult your doctor before beginning any diet or exercise program.
