Consider all the Doctors Visits you have made for various ailments. How many times have you been prescribed some form of Antibiotic? As Antibiotics wipe out all Bacteria in the Colon, the immune system is left only with the Candida Albicans, which coexist with both Good and Bad Bacteria, and the Candida expands in the absence of that Bacteria, which causes for Intestinal Discomfort and worse. So the answer is to put Probiotics back into your system:
There are many sources of Probiotics. You think that you should go to your local supermarket and buy out the yogurt section. There is a catch to that, as most yogurt has added sugar, in the form of High Fructose Corn Syrup. If artificially sweetened, you'll see Aspartame(Nutra-Sweet). It has been shown that sugar is known to increase the Candida, leading to such condidtions as Yeast Infections(Which can be picked up in a Colonic Hydrotherapy Session), which can lead to Excema and other conditions;
Fermented Milk Products without sugar are good, such as Yogurt and Kefir. Other good sources are Fermented Cabbage(Saurkraut), Soy Sauce and Miso;
Stay away from the sugar, which increases the Candida, and balance the bad bacteria with Probiotics. By the use of Probiotics, you'll lessen any serious problems down the road.

Comments
If you were going to thoroughly research this topic, and specifically make reference to the absurd assumption that you can "pick up" candida from colon hydrotherapy, then you should educate on the other side of the conversation and speak about how colon therapy helps eradicate and prevent further candida growth by cleansing the entire colon of waste. I don't know of any colon therapist that doesn't a) insiste on probiotics after the colonic and b) directly implant a probiotic after the session.
I also have never heard of, or experienced, "picking up" a yeast or bacterial overgrowth from a colon hydrotherapy session. Good colon hydrotherapists do introduce probiotics (especially in the Bifidobacterium family, to specifically target the colon) back into the body after a cleanse. I'm a huge probiotic advocate, and find that it's hard to get the amount of strains and potency from food that you can from a good multi-strain probiotic supplement.
