Aloe Vera and how it works to heal
High doses of latex aloe vera are probably unsafe in high doses, and may cause kidney disease or even death. There has been a concern with latex, which is an ingredient in laxatives. Some people can build up tolerances for the product having to take even more than their required dosage, which puts them at an unsafe risk.
Gel and latex are the only useful parts of the aloe plant. From the center of the leaf of the aloe plant the gel is obtained from the cells, from beneath the aloe leaf skin.
Skin diseases like psoriasis may cause a change in the skin tone by using aloe Vera gel.
