Theresa Hickson is a Registered nurse who works with adults with disabilities. She has a Master's Certification in Reiki (since 1998), and teaches Yoga at the YMCA. She earned her Yoga Teacher's Certificate at Kripalu in 1993. Theresa studied mediumship, yoga, spiritual growth and the self-healing arts before becoming an RN in 2001. Theresa has personally benefited from acupuncture, Reiki, yoga and meditation. Theresa's primary interest is the responsible addition of Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM) to maintain health for everyone. These include chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, Herbal medicine and meditation.
