Toni Braxton divorces, but Trey Songz kissing controversy continues

Essence.com has reported that Toni Braxton and her husband of eight years, Keri Lewis, are ending their marriage.  It's the timing of the divorce, however, that's causing controversy.

At a recent taping of the Soul Train Awards--which will air on BET on November 29th--Toni Braxton and Trey Songz were seen kissing onstage after their performance of “Yesterday.”  Keri Lewis was in the audience at the time.

It's not all terrible news for Baxton, however.  Her new album is set to drop in early February, and her first single will be "Yesterday" featuring Trey Songz.

Braxton and Lewis met on the set of the "He Wasn't Man Enough for Me" video.  They have two sons together.
