Hosted by Ugly Betty's Vanessa Williams, the 2009 Daytime Emmy Awards just concluded on the CW.  Alongside which soap opera or talk show host walked away with the coveted golden statue, fans are dying to know which celebrity had the best (and worst) fashion sense.
