Valante Grant, is the owner of The byDesign Network, a Creative Design Company. Having grown up in Chicago, she loves the urban city life. The networking aspect of her business takes Valante to various networking events. A social butterfly, she keeps her hand on the pulse of the Chicago African American Community by attending social gatherings, festivals, religious occasions and educational programs within the community. Valante is featured in the 2010 issue of Who's Who in Black Chicago, A Real Times Media Publication (owners of the Chicago Defender). She has one daughter, Vanyce.
