The much anticipated film adaptation of Marvel Comics 'Runaways' is now in the pre-production stages and auditions for the project's stars is underway.
Runaways is based on the award-winning comic book series published by Marvel Comics and created by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona. The screenplay is being penned by Drew Pearce along with Brian K. Vaughan.
Peter Sollett will direct the big screen adaptation of Runaways. Sollett is best known for directing 'Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist' and has won awards at the Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival among others.
