The popular series Burn Notice has been renewed for its fifth and sixth seasons. The casting directors for the show are now casting principal actors in Los Angeles and Miami. The extras are cast in Miami, where the series is filmed on-location. The production has a permanent set built in the former Coconut Grove Convention Center in Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood where most of the show is filmed.
Burn Notice is co-produced by Fox Television Studios and executive producer Mikkel Bondesen's Fuse Entertainment. Mikkel Bondesen has inked a new two-year overall deal with Fox Television Studios that will focus primarily on cable development. In addition to the USA hit Burn Notice, Bondesen also executive produces the studio’s upcoming series for Fox "The Good Guys".
The premier for season 4 of Burn Notice, which has been extended by two episodes to 18, aired on June 3, 2010 to 6.62 million viewers.
