First Friday runs each month as 40 or more art galleries, shops, boutiques, and restaurants stay open late and invite customers to browse the latest in arts and fashion. First Friday began in 1991 and has quickly become one of the city’s most significant and vital cultural events.

Award-winning boutique, Tony on Third will be serving light refreshments accompanied by huge summer clearance sales and the unveiling of new Fall designer collections. Owner, Pamela Dollak, stocks the shelves in her chic bi-level boutique with one-of-a-kind designs, gorgeous handbags, funky jewelry, sleek sunglasses, lacy lingerie, and plenty more. Dollak certainly does it right, with “un-boutique-like prices” and her amazing customer service. Mostly everything in the store is well under $100. Browse through the fantastic crystal floral cuffs, multichain bib necklaces, and bold right-hand rings, all for under $50.

This year, Dollak received Philadelphia Weekly’s Image Award for “Best Retail Consultant,” among many more accolades, including “Best Accessory Store,” “Best Women’s Clothing,” “Best Lingerie Store,” and “Best Boutique” in Philadelphia by CitySearch.
