As a woman who has experienced domestic violence firsthand, and having struggled in making a life-long effort in recovering from such a turmoil-producing lifestyle for her two boys, ages 12 and 15, Cheryl is here to produce thought-provoking articles to enable women (especially young women) to know the signs of violence beforehand, and to learn to protect themselves from any tragedies that may occur from this treatment. This would involve special counseling as for the abused, as well as the abuser.
