SAN FRANCISCO (Map, News) - After their first whirlwind weekend together, Cameron Diaz returned to Las Vegas to continue her romance with magician Criss Angel. People reports that after Cameron hit Sin City on Friday, the couple had dinner and club-hopped until the wee hours; At hot spot Pure, they were seen canoodling in the VIP area.
Simpson and Mayer split up — again
OK, everybody, try to act surprised — Jessica Simpson and John Mayer have split. The scruffy singer-songwriter was seen partying sans his glamazon squeeze Thursday at NYC club Stereo.
But wait, don’t take to your bed in tears just yet: Pals say that this could just be a bump in the road for the up-and-down duo.
“They have broken up,” a Jess insider tells People. “But they have broken up and gotten back together at least 10 times before.”
To this day, the friend adds, “they talk to each other at least six times a day. I don’t know if this breakup is permanent, but for right now they are broken up.”
Another Jessica pal assures the magazine, “I’m sure they’ll get back together.”
But a buddy of John’s explained to People that the rocker made the break because “he was just over it.”
“He’s fine about it, he’s not upset — but he’s definitely not looking for someone right now.”
Well, we’ll just have to wait with bated breath to see if these two can make it work.
Nicole and Joel: Over?
Another high-profile Hollywood couple may have reached the end of the road. Rumors are flying that celebutante Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden quietly called it quits during their recent trip to Australia for the country’s MTV Video Music Awards. Reports claim Joel dumped Nicole for being “too clingy.”
“Joel was acting like a single man at the awards after-party, and the couple openly argued in front of the crowd,” a source told the Sydney Daily Telegraph. “Nicole was in tears at one stage, but no one really knows why.”
But other online reports refute the breakup buzz, claiming Nicole is accompanying Good Charlotte on tour in Europe.
More suspense! First John and Jess, now Joel and Nicole? Our hearts just can’t take all this in one day.
Heche: ‘Delusional’?
One couple who has most definitely called it quits for good, Anne Heche and soon-to-be-ex-husband Coley Laffoon, are raking the muck in their divorce battle. E! News reports that Coley has filed for custody of the couple’s 5-year-old son, Homer, claiming that the “Men in Trees” star is unfit to care for him due to her “bizarre and delusional behavior.”
In court papers, the former cameraman recalls getting a late-night call from his wife while she was traveling, to say that she “didn’t know where she was and that she needed help.”
The actress has a history of incoherent behavior, and was once famously found wandering onto a neighbor’s property. Coley is demanding that she get a psychiatric evaluation.
Anne’s rep responded, via a statement, that the claims were all a ploy to score $45,000 a month in alimony: “It is disappointing that Coley Laffoon has resorted to filing lies with the court because Anne would not cave in to his astronomical money demands. For the past several years, the father’s child has refused to get a job in order to contribute financially to the child’s care.”
Ooh, this could get nasty.
Double Dating?
Two of Hollywood’s most notorious ladies’ men, Jude Law and James Blunt, are reportedly outdoing themselves at the babe-picking-up bonanza that is the Cannes Film Festival. According to the U.K.’s Sun, not one but both Casanovas were seen squiring not one but two women out of a rowdy Playboy party.
“It was really wild,” an attendee told the British tabloid. “Jude and James actually had their arms around two blondes each for most of the party. By the end of the night they were both getting very close to the girls.”
“Both [Jude] and James looked like they were in heaven.”
The stud muffins were allegedly each seen leaving the party with their double dates in tow.
Well, it’s good to know some stars still believe in romance.

How can one contact Jennifer Aniston. My advice would be to have the children she wants now. Then look for a man as she is going to approach a relationship with hopes for children and many men will feel that that is the motivation for the relationship. I generally do not favor having children outside of marriage but in this case, Jennifer can support any future children and then take her time to meet a man with whom she would like to share her life and be a father to her children.
