SAN FRANCISCO (Map, News) - Celebutante Kim Kardashian has been awarded a $5 million settlement from the unauthorized distributors of a notorious sex tape she made privately with then-boyfriend Ray J, Us Weekly reports. The tape will be pulled from distribution within the month. A friend told Us, “Kim is relieved that she can now move on from this embarrassing chapter in her life.”

Boy George arrested in escort kidnapping

Boy George is reportedly out on bail after being arrested on a shocking charge: kidnapping a male escort and chaining him to a wall against his will.

The 28-year-old escort says he was lured back to the former Culture Club singer’s home on the pretext of merely posing for erotic photos. But George and another man allegedly seized him.

“I was convinced I was going to die,” the accuser recalls. “George handcuffed me to a hook by the bed as they held me down.”

Allegedly, George then grabbed a box of kinky toys and whips and told him, “Now you’ll get what you deserve.”

The man says he escaped by pulling the chain out of the wall.

Scotland Yard confirms they arrested “a man in his 40s” in connection with the incident. So far, George has not commented.

Anna Tells All?

After her tragic death, the most intimate details of Anna Nicole Smith’s life may be revealed — in her own words. A book based on a series of intensely candid interviews with the late model is being shopped to publishers, reports the New York Daily News.

When a fresh-from-rehab Anna did the interviews in 1996, “she was very vulnerable,” journalist Joyce Wagner — who went on to become Anna’s manager — recalled to the Daily News. “I may have been the only person listening to her then. And it may have been one of the only times when she was totally sober.”

Allegedly among the blond bombshell’s bombshells: the memory of mom Virgie Arthur beating her (“She started kicking me with her boot,” Anna says of one incident), and the revelation that an unnamed person sexually abused her.

Of her elderly husband, J. Howard Marshall, Anna revealed, “We had sex a lot. He could not exactly satisfy me, which is to be expected. But he was very satisfied himself. That’s really all that mattered to me. He satisfied me in other ways. He cared about me. He never looked down at me.”

Bidding on Kurt

Courtney Love is finally ready to let go of late husband Kurt Cobain — in the form of his belongings, that is. The Hole singer announced to the Web site Spinner.com that she will be auctioning off the grunge god’s things at Christie’s: “We’ll make a lot of money and give a bunch of it to charity.”

Saying her home “is like a mausoleum,” Courtney explains, “My daughter doesn’t need to inherit a giant Hefty bag full of flannel [expletive] shirts. ... A sweater, a guitar and the lyrics to ‘[Smells Like] Teen Spirit’ — that’s what my daughter gets. And the rest of it we’ll just [expletive] sell.” (The couple’s only child, Frances Bean, is 14.)

The outspoken rocker says the response from friends has been great: “Everyone’s been positive and behind me on it.”

And she hopes that cleaning house will help her move on: “I still wear his pajamas to bed,” she confesses. “How am I ever going to go form another relationship in my lifetime wearing Kurt’s pajamas?”

Will the pressure of media attention nip Reese Witherspoon’s blossoming relationship with Jake Gyllenhaal in the bud? According to In Touch, the Oscar-winning actress rejected the “Brokeback Mountain” star’s invite for a spa getaway and told him to take things down a notch.

“She wants to take things slowly,” a friend told the tabloid. “She even told Jake to date other people until she’s ready to commit.”

“Reese was more comfortable dating Jake when no one else knew about it,” another source explained. “Now there seems to be a little too much scrutiny and she’s uncomfortable.”
