In conjunction with National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, representatives from the Victim Witness Assistance Program in the Harford County State’s Attorney’s Office will be on hand at several branches of the Harford County Public Library today through Thursday.

Look for them from noon to 6 p.m. today at the Aberdeen branch, the same hours Wednesday at the Edgewood branch and the same hours Thursday at the Havre de Grace branch.

They will have literature to share and will be available to answer questions and explain services the program offers.
