Police arrested a Hanover, Pa., man Monday afternoon after finding traces of heroin, a small scale and six syringes in his vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.

Police stopped Justin Michael Mundorff, 22, of Hanover, during afternoon rush hour on the 1100 block of Main Street for failing to wear a seat belt, said Lt. Phil Kasten, a sheriff’s office spokesman. He was charged with possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without being restrained by a seat belt. Mundorff was released on personal recognizance following his bail review in District

Court.
