Please send my sympathy to Kris and to the rest of Scott's family. I attended Shaler High School with both of them and I just noticed the memerial fundraiser for Scott Alexander at Shaler High School on August 9, 2008.

The hard copy of the paper asks the question - "Why do Howard County Schools dominate H.S. soccer tournaments?" The answer: It's because of the Soccer Association of Columbia and Western Howard County Soccer. These organizations (love them or hate them) have been cultivating a love for the sport for 20 years now, and we are seeing it pay dividends.
