BALTIMORE (Map, News) - Examiner Editor Frank Keegan believes that good kids who want to get ahead should not be held back by violent students. "Our nation — our very culture — will wither and rot when the talent and potential of all the people cannot be brought to bear on behalf of our future," Keegan writes in his column today.
