Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but a spokesman for White & Partners said the contract is bigger than the high-profile Nationals Baseball account the agency won in 2006.
Luray Caverns, which are the largest caverns on the East Coast, hired White & Partners to position the tourist attraction as one of the must-sees in the Shenandoah region.
White & Partners has extensive experience in tourism-related campaigns, including its account with the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the official marketing organization for the state’s tourism industry.
“We’re excited to work with White & Partners,” said John Shaffer, vice president of marketing for Luray Caverns. “From their recent award-winning Meet Virginia campaign to the current Washington National Baseball Club effort, they’ve demonstrated excellence in travel and entertainment campaigns.”
