I to was arrested for 'STEALING MY OWN CAR'. My boyfriend bought me a new car for X-mas 12/08. After I had paid on his bills and was paying on the car he took his name OFF of he title. I actually met me and a friend at the DMV Office and signed the title over to me. We were having relationship problems and I moved back to my house in Alabama. My ex decided 7 weeks later, he was going to report the car stolen "Grand Theft Auto". HIS NAME IS NOT ON THE TITLE ANYWHERE. How do you swear out a warrant for a stolen car if you don't own it???? I was arrested April 1, (my ex left a mesg on my phone saying "April Fools Day _itch". I was granted a Bond at $60,000.00. Now what's wrong with this picture? My Public Defender is wanting me to plead to the case, I said no I wanted a Jury Trail. My ex husband is a Criminal Lawyer in another state so I get good advice from someone. Currently at the moment my car is in storage ruining and I've now just been destroyed. Any advice anyone?

You would find that a full retraction of your story is in line with the recent trial decision render in this case. I suggest that you review all the testimony would find a very different story from what you reported. Of course none of your reader would be interested in the "real facts" only those that caused real damage to real American family and a 22 year veteran of the military. In fairness to full reporting, why not report what now is a final decision in this case.
