Oregon State Police say a single-car crash near Dallas killed two people and hurt four more. Most of them, including a critically injured infant, were not buckled in.

It happened shortly before 5 a.m. on Highway 22. The vehicle, a Dodge Neon, rolled about five times when the man driving overcorrected after veering onto the shoulder.

The driver and an 11-year-old boy were ejected and killed. A 4-month-old boy who had been in an unbuckled car seat was also ejected. He was flown to Legacy Emanuel Hospital with critical injuries.

Another 11-year-old boy in the back seat was also flown to Legacy Emanuel with critical injuries, and an unrestrained 14-year-old was taken to West Valley Hospital in Dallas with unknown injuries.
