If you knew these two people, Mike and Devon, on a personal level, you would KNOW them to be very family orientated, volunteers at events including schools, community efforts and genuine. I will gaurantee you that virtually everyone one of knows someone that if the government walked into their offices today, they could be arrested for some sort of infraction. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone". It is amazing how many people buy into all the hype generated by the "failing" newspapers so that readers will buy and generate some much needed revenues. I am hopeful that everyone takes a deep breath and allows this to play out and I am confident that your perspective on these two people will change from "fakest" to two people who deserve an opportunity to resolve this in a manner with integrity.

I hope people give this couple a break. They are business owners who worked hard and happened to be successful doing what they did. They had great possessions because they worked hard for it. Now Did they actually and directly defraud people with their lifesavings ? like other CEO's and or Madoff wanna be's at Wall Street? no they have not. they are successful people being prosecuted for being very successful. Let's wait for the justice system to take its course. As far as i know they did not caused anyone their lifesavings because of FRAUD. I cant believe they are already being considered guilty even before the trial by some people who have somehow worked with them in the past. I hope this unfortunate event will not happen to anyone ever. Justice here will prevail. let's wait and see.

what about the workers that are legal? I'm sure they are at the food stamp and welfare office now! They can't collect unemployment because that's 1 thing they did take the money out of the employees check but did not pay that money to the edd, so now employees can't collect on what they paid in!
