A Gaming Control Board official said Wednesday that an agenda had not been posted, but that plans call for taking up the $8.5 billion project Nov. 13 in Las Vegas.
That would avoid a larger-than-average agenda at the board's regular meetings this week.
The Nevada Gaming Commission could then take up the board's CityCenter recommendation for final action Nov. 19 in Las Vegas.

CityCenter is a joint venture between MGM Mirage and Dubai World, the investment arm of the Persian Gulf emirate.
The project is due to open beginning in December with about 6,000 hotel rooms and 2,400 high-rise residential condominiums in five towers.
