SIDELINED

The Houston Texans' offense lost Owen Daniels, and the star tight end feared his season might be over after hurting his right knee. Daniels, who entered the game leading NFL tight ends with 497 yards receiving, said he's scheduled to have tests on Monday to determine the severity of the injury. ... Carolina quarterback Jake Delhomme went down on a big hit from the Cardinals' Chike Okeafor and Darnell Dockett with 5:59 left in the third quarter. He came back to play the next series but was replaced by Matt Moore in the fourth quarter. Delhomme said after returning from the hospital that the injury was a chest contusion and that no serious problem was detected. ...
