When those at Schaefer & Strohminger White Marsh Dodge learned Jackson has osteogenesis imperfecta (Brittle Bone Disease), they offered a new limited-edition 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 for MSRP. Any pledges over that amount were given to Jackson for medical and other expenses such as training an assistance dog.
Martin Chipman of Henning, Tenn., a contractor for Bethlehem Steel, took the challenge and bought the elusive Challenger for the sales price of $41,095. The $5,000 check was presented to Jackson and her family late last month.
