Prosecutors on Monday refiled charges against two men in a September homicide along U.S. Highway 101 and arrested a third suspect.

San Mateo County Deputy District Attorney Joseph Cannon dropped charges Monday against Doyal Malcolm Webber and Mohammad Rabah, both 19 and from Hayward, for the shooting death of Londell Wilson in Burlingame in September.

Cannon immediately refiled the case and charged Rabah’s younger brother, Mohmoud, 18, with aiding and abetting the shooting.

Prosecutors believe Webber shot Wilson along U.S. Highway 101 in a car driven by Rabah, who owned the gun. The younger Rabah was allegedly in the car at the time.

The brothers also allegedly subjected a witness to verbal intimidation in an attempt to dissuade him from testifying in their trial, prosecutors said.
