Girl missing for 3 weeks dead in Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Map, News) - Authorities have identified a decomposing body as that of a 13-year-old girl who had been missing for three weeks.

The body of Neica Marie Gibbs of Fort Lauderdale was found wrapped in a tarp in front of a trash bin Wednesday.

Police said the trash bin was just steps away from a home where Neica was supposed to attend a sleepover three weeks ago.

Fort Lauderdale Police said it is unclear how Neica died. An autopsy is scheduled.

I want to know why these people leave their kids with people they hardly know many kids are being killed and murdered by their mothers, fathers, step fathers, daycare providers, step mothers and many many people and these kids are not being protected by no one espeacially the ones that they trust I want to know how many other children have to die in the hands of their so called loved ones I heared over the past 2 months that 20 kids have died in t he hands of people that they have trusted and the only sentence they get is no higher than 30 years. The mothers and fathers out there want justice for all these kids that don't deserve such vengence in their lives and what ever that happens to the kids that they hurt it should be happening to them too. such as kelsey briggs who was beat to death by her step father with 2 broken legs a broken collar bones black and blue bruises from head to toe and then kicked in the stomach so hard it killed her.

just another single mother putting her own needs first and shacking up with some loser becouse she can't be alone. The children are always the ones to suffer, "come on there were no signs"????
