I am excited for Artscape because there are some really good up and coming bands..the headliners..ehh, not so much. One band I am looking forward to see is Back Door Slam those kids are nasty and the guitarist is sick! The other band I am dying to see is The Grilled Lincolns out of Baltimore! They play Sunday at noon and I will be there front row. They are one of the most talented bands in the area. I am curious to see if Dru Hill will actually perform together or rampage out at the last minute like they did on 92Q.

And it's cool to have one of Artscape's award-winning authors (for The Fountain of Highlandtown) reporting about this year's festival in the Examiner!
